For over a decade Jeff Kleinsmith and Jessee LeDoux of Patent Pending Industries have been creating a fresh perspective through their silk-screened concert posters. They've ushered in a new era of poster design, rejuvenating the world of live music. 11/100, the first retrospective collection of their work, is not to be missed.

Matt Fordham
Matt is focused equally on the aesthetic and technical aspects of communication. He has 10 years experience as an interactive designer and developer, and has done work for Tommy Hilfiger, the Seattle Seahawks, American Greetings and Corbis. In a parallel universe, Matt earned a degree in Music Technology and worked as a producer and engineer on major label releases in Boston, Nashville, and Seattle. In his life as a designer and as a musician, Matt's creations are informed by his knack for balancing innovation with accessibility.

The Art Science of Seductive Interactions
How can we design interactions that encourage specific behaviors? A while back, LinkedIn experimented with a feature: a little meter above the users’ information, showing their profile’s “percentage completed.” Suddenly, more users filled out their profiles. The feature didn’t have a clever interface, a sophisticated information architecture, or show any technical prowess. It just leveraged basic human psychology.
